Delivery Information

(1) Delivery in Hong Kong can be one of the three options below:

            a) SF Express courier service: freight collect-home delivery (see rate chart below)

            b) Pick up at SF station

            c) SF smart cabinet (Over HK$599 Free Shipping Charge)

(2) Other regions outside of Hong Kong:

        SF Express-freight collect (fully charged to customer)

(3)     We can ship worldwide with various shipping rate, please contact our customer service before placing your order 

(4)    The order will be sent out within two working days after payment.  When shipped, the system will send an email to notify the shipment.  Customers can check the status on the order page under “my account”.

(5)  For Hong Kong region, shipping by Courier is free if the order is over HK$599.

(6)  We only ship by courier within Hong Kong.  There are areas that are out of range and has to be done by Hong Kong Post Office or other local courier.  You must check with our customer service : onlineshop@smarttoysplus.com for shipping fee.  Please also note:

• An Estimated Delivery Date is a calculation of several factors, including item availability, processing time in our warehouse, the shipping method you select and the shipping destination
• During Peak season, certain delays will be caused. Please note that business days are Monday through Friday
