Welcome to SmarttoysPlus Online Puzzle/Jigsaw Puzzle Shop!
Before you start shopping, please read the followings carefully to ensure that the shopping process can be smoother!

About puzzles and puzzle boxes :
  • All goods in this shop are available from stock unless indicated out of stock.
  • Our shop is imported from the original factory.
  • Some puzzles have cutting confetti, which is normal.
  • Some brands do not have transparent packaging film due to environmental protection factors.
  • The number of pieces is approximate, there may be a small amount of discrepancy.
  • During transportation, the puzzle pieces may be buckled or warped due to extrusion.
  • There are no divisions or hints in the puzzle.
  • Some brands do not provide drawings, please refer to the box icon.
  • Most brands do not come with glue, a few will come with glue powder, and some brands will come with glue.
  • There may be discrepancies between the official size of the puzzle or the size indicated on the website and the actual size.  
  • The color of the product pictures shown on mobile device or computer screen may be slightly different from the real product.

Delivery in Hong Kong:

            o SF Express-freight collect-home delivery 

            o Pick up at SF station

            o SF smart cabinet (Over HK$599 Free Shipping Charge)

Other regions outside of Hong Kong:
            SF Express-freight collect

About shipping
  • The order will be sent out within two working days after payment
  • When shipped, the system will send an email to notify the shipment. 
  • Customers can check the status on the order page under “my account”.

About packaging
  • We will try our best to maintain the integrity of the outer box, and the package will be sent out with air column buffer
  • If the outer box is slightly crushed/damaged due to the shipping process, it is not return-able.
  • If the outer packaging is severely damaged when receiving the goods, please take a photo & record immediately and contact customer service for follow-up.
  • If you have special requirements for packaging, please contact customer service by email: onlineshop@smarttoysplus.com  Extra charge may incur.

About returns
  • If you are returning your Product to us you must contact our Customer Services department by email: onlineshop@smarttoysplus.com who will provide you with the address for returning the product to us. Please be sure to package the parcel securely (making sure you include a note of your name, address and returns number inside the parcel) and then return it to us.  You have the right to return your entire order up to 14 days from receiving the product/s.
  • When returning your entire order, you will receive a refund for the order you have returned excluding original shipping costs. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of you returning the items to us.
  • You have the right to return part of your order up to 14 days from receiving the products.  
  • When returning part of your order you will receive a refund for the products you have returned to us within 14 days of sending the item back to us.
  • You will be responsible for the cost and risk of returning the items to us.
  • Except for defective goods, we don't accept return and exchange due to consumer preference or purchase by mistake.
  • The color of the product pictures may be different from what is shown on computer indicator. We do not accept the return and exchange of goods due to this reason.
  • The outer box of the product can be scratched during the peak shipping season. We do not accept the return of goods with this problem as long as the product inside the package is intact.
