Return Policy

• Return can only be accepted for product purchased within 14 days and that have not been used and must return with the original package and box.
• If you are returning your product to us you must contact our Customer Services department by email: onlineshop@smarttoysplus.com who will provide you with the address for returning the product to us. Please be sure to package the parcel securely (making sure you include a note of your name, address and returns number inside the parcel) and then return it to us.  You have the right to return your entire order up to 14 days from receiving the product/s.
  
• When returning your entire order, you will receive a refund for the order you have returned excluding original shipping costs. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of you returning the items to us.
• You have the right to return part of your order up to 14 days from receiving the products.  
• When returning part of your order you will receive a refund for the products you have returned to us within 14 days of sending the item back to us.
• You will be responsible for the cost and risk of returning the items to us.
• Except for defective goods, we don't accept return and exchange due to consumer preference or purchase by mistake.
• The color of the product pictures may be different from what is shown on computer indicator. We do not accept the return and exchange of goods due to this reason.
• The outer box of the product can be scratched during the peak shipping season. We do not accept the return of goods with this problem as long as the product inside the package is intact.
• No exchange on sold items with incomplete items.
• Final sales items cannot be returned or exchanged.
